Return Initiation: To start a return, contact us at info@nomads-nook.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including digital products, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Contact us if you have concerns about specific items.
